We ensure that before our Care Assistants provide care they are fully trained and confident enough to step up to their responsibilities. The Company insists that all employees attend our in-house induction and training programme that not only gives them an insight into what domiciliary care is all about, but also details the Company’s mission, aims, and objectives.

Our head office houses a dedicated training room bursting with various training aids and equipment, such as electric and manual hoists, a projector and presentation screen, armchairs for moving and handling purposes, an electric multi-position bed, and various other examples of the equipment and aids the Care Assistants will find in our clients’ homes.
